What we cannot help with
The Sheet Report is an independent editorial site. We assess products; we do not sell them.
- Order status questions — direct these to the brand or retailer where the purchase was made.
- Refund requests — these are handled by the brand or retailer where the order was placed. Our reviews summarise each brand's returns policy, but we cannot start or process a return.
- Shipping problems — raise these with the brand or retailer where the item was purchased.
- Technical or quality issues with a product — take these up with the brand or retailer where it was sold.
